I would like to take this opportunity to commend Premier Business Products on their great service. As Purchasing Manager for The Suburban Collection, I have been working with Sherry for the past 5 years. My job is to decipher the most cost effective way of handling our document management needs. Sherry supports me by giving prompt answers to my questions and helping me find the best solution to our copying, faxing, and scanning requirements. A few years ago, Sherry convinced us that installing scanners in our copiers would be beneficial to our business. This scanning feature now saves us an incredible amount of time by allowing us to easily access contracts and also to e-mail documents instead of faxing or overnighting them. Premier's technicians assisted us in setting up these scanners and have also been very helpful whenever we have a service issue. We would like to take the opportunity to commend Premier Business Products for their constant dedication to serving their customers with courtesy and prompt personal assistance. Recently, Interstate Title, Inc. signed a contract to have Premier Business Products handle our office equipment needs. Prior to doing so, we had three different companies servicing our copy and fax machines. We didn't even have a scanner until meeting our sales rep! After our meeting, we were able to streamline our needs, negotiate all "buy-outs" on our former machines (including orchestrating the pickup of those machines with our former supplier), and enormously reduce equipment-related expenses with Premier’s low lease prices and "second-to-none" service agreement. Our previous company didn't have a service agreement, let alone one that included 100% coverage of parts, labor, & supplies! Premier Business Product's customer service is unprecedented. They provide exceptional technical support on any machine hardware or software related issues, and aren't satisfied until the customer is fully satisfied with the resolution. If a service call is placed for an onsite technician, the technician arrives promptly, because Premier acknowledges that equipment outages result in lower company production for the customer. If training is needed, the sales team coordinates as much or as little training as the customer deems necessary. It is this kind of service that builds long-standing customer loyalty. After demonstrating their commitment to affordable services and customer satisfaction, a relationship was formed between Interstate Title and Premier. Upon contract renewal this past year, Premier once again came through with the most cost-effective solutions for Interstate Title. After inquiring how much Interstate Title spent on printer toner & maintenance per month, Premier successfully negotiated a lower cost structure than our current company could provide. Over the past four years, Premier has become our sole office equipment provider, and we intend to keep it that way. The name suits their company well —they have the Premier vision to seek out the most appropriate and affordable customer-specific business solutions.

Friends of the Rouge
Friends of the Rouge recently purchased a new color copier from Premier Business Products. We were able to move our office into the twenty-first century with the new Toshiba color copier. Of course we had to get competitive bids and Premier Business Products had the best value over all. We copy, print scan and fax with our new machine. A lot of printing that we use to send out to printers is now being done in house, the copy quality is excellent. We are saving money which is important to us since we are a non-profit who relies solely on donated funds. Working with Premier Business Products was easy because they understood our needs and wishes and worked hard to get us excellent pricing. Many companies have a great sales pitch, but we have found that once the sale has been processed, service and assistance fades rapidly. Not the case with Premier.
