Position Profile:

Premier is looking for a full time Service Technician who will serve Premier Business Products' existing customer accounts by analyzing work orders and planning a daily service schedule.  The technician will also assist in studying system requirements, performing acceptance tests, and installation.  The Service Technician must maintain a positive rapport with customers and maintain customer confidence. 

Requirements:

This position will require a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 1.5 years installation experience in the MFP, Printer, Copier & Fax Machine industry.  This position will require a clear and recent past medical history and drug screen. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Installation of equipment on customer site
  • Perform acceptance tests during installation
  • Analyze work orders and maintain a daily service schedule
