We are looking for a full-time individual who can take the lead and provide our clients with an outstanding customer service experience, as well as work as part of the team to deliver solutions that make a real difference. 

Position Profile:

The skills required consist of being able to multi-task, having a professional manner and being thorough and detail oriented.  A High School diploma or GED is required for the Administrator positions, and a minimum of one year customer service experience.  The Customer Service Administrator must maintain a positive attitude. 

Responsibilities Include:
  • Identify, respond, resolve or escalate customer issues/inquiries quickly and accurately
  • Provide customers with account, service or product information
  • Process orders and maintenance contracts
  • Handle billing questions - informing customers of account billing procedures
  • Assist in answering phones, alphabetizing, filing, data entry and light office duties
  • Problem solving using appropriate communication when responding to customers, especially in a high-risk situation
  • Work closely with sales and management staff on account inquiries
